At Yorkshire dales sailing club. Yes I do capsize. Usual place harden up, let boat heel to much, boom touches, and its time for a swim NOT. Just let kicker off and up it comes. A lot lighter with carbon mast. If it goes in to windward eskimo roll it and go under boat so your to windward on the board.
